Description Description

The Ally is our latest rim offering and is the workhorse of the fleet. Building off the BA30 and Phase30 design, the Ally offers the same robust beadwall and 30mm bed but in a pinned construction helping to keep the cost down.

The Ally shares the same cavity construction as the Phase30, with symmetric nipple drilling, designed to get you rolling on a budget.

Paired with our D1 hub (including a 14T cog), and Maxxis Ikon 2.2" tires, this is the perfect 26 inch wheel for any dirt jump build. Bolt it to your bike and off you go.

Great dirt jump wheels

I wasn’t able to leave a review under the Ally 26 wheelset, but I have ran the same set on my dirt jumper for the past 3 years and have had no problems. The hubs also have very good engagement, whether it’s the wheelset with tires or the rims, the price is unmatchable!

Amazingly durable

Have had this rim front and back for 2 years now, and I'm extremely impressed with the durability, I haven't had to touch the front rim at all, and it is perfectly true. I recently rode directly into a tree at a higher speed than j would really like and the rim is totally fine, no issues whatsoever! It took me crashing and blowing up my back tire on some rocks to put the smallest little wobble in the back rim, until that point it was totally true.

At this price point you really couldn't get a better rim! Will definitely be coming back to Chromag for my next rims when these ones are finally done

Great Value!

So I bought budget rims to replace the sad, thin, and garbage wheels that came on my bike (only 19mm!!!). These are budget rims and I expected them to still flex a little bit(I ride a 29er), but nope, almost no perceptible flex. I am heavy (120kg) and hard on my bikes but; under braking, hard landings, or hitting huge rocks the wheels do not flex at all.

For reference: Deore XT hubs 9X100 front and 9X135 rear.
